Annual sites 

Looking for an annual site? You can rent a spacious site at Russell – Orongo Bay Holiday Park on an annual basis, currently from $2995 per annum, inclusive of GST. This enables you to retain your accommodation permanently on a site – solving all your storage problems – while guaranteeing your spot throughout the year. Most of our sites have room for a car, a caravan and a boat (depending on boat size). For your annual occupancy fee you receive 100 nights free stay for a family of 2 adults and up to 4 children. 

Additional stays and guests are paid for at the standard campground rate. Included in the annual occupancy fee is the security of your property plus the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds of your site – so all you have to do is enjoy yourself – no mowing lawns or trimming trees!
